FAQ

How much does it cost?

Uh…yeah…it’s free.

Will I need money?

If you plan on eating or drinking, yes.

Where can I grab food and drink?

On site at 5th & Main, you will find one of Nashville’s finest restaurants and bars, Allium.  They are well prepared for us even with a REBarCamp special drink.  The menu is very diverse with healthy options.  Prices range from $10 to $25.  Check out the menu here.

Next door to Allium, Nashville’s best chicken tenders can be found at Otter’s.  Otter’s typically is open for lunch only, but has agreed to open the doors for breakfast.  They will have numerous beers on tap all day at their terrace bar.

Where do I park?

Generous, interior parking  is located on site at 5th & Main.  You will also find a gravel lot and several street spaces.  Once that fills up, you will have to park in the neighborhood streets and walk a bit.

How does it work?

When you show up you will be given two cards.  One will ask you what you most want to learn about.  The other will ask you what you’re willing to share with others.  Don’t feel pressured to share if you’re not comfortable with it, just learn.  After registration, you’ll have some time for agent-to-agent networking while the committee prepares the program.  When the program is ready, large boards will be displayed with session titles and leaders.  A group orientation will be given at that point.

How do we know the session leaders are any good?

Who knows?  It’s your job to monitor and guide the discussion and learning process.  You may discover that a non-leader actually has the best information to share.  That’s the beauty of the experience.

Where are the sessions?

We have 13 amazing spaces throughout the 5th & Main complex.  All are near to the center of action (and the bar).

Can I connect to the internet?

We will not be providing public WiFi; so, make sure you bring your MiFi or air card.

What are the Twitter hashtags?

Oo..oo…that’s an easy one!  #rebcnash

If I don’t drink beer and I don’t blog, can I still come to Beer With Bloggers?

Hmm?  Sure, why not?  I’m in a good mood tonight; so, come on!
