Hailing from Music City USA, Brian spent his first career as the director of publishing for a record label.  Entering the real estate industry, the only
business foundation he had was the relationship principles and
business models from the music industry.  He served on
international learning panels when the music industry
was facing its feared demise to Napster and free
downloads, as he developed the first fully-
digital music catalog and conducted the
first on-line songpitching sessions in
the late 90s.
Paralleling the two, Brian used the music
industry model to sell 63 homes in
his first nine months in the industry.
Now, he shares the music industry’s battles,
